cube11 : 1992-2002, same as cube09 but with SEAICE_freeze = -1.8.

cube12 : 1992-2003, same as cube11 but started from end of 2002 cube11 and viscC4Leith=0.2.
  cube12 crashed in 1999, so starting in 1999 switched to:
  viscA4GridMin=3.e-4,
  viscA4GridMax=4.e-3,
  viscC4Leith=0.2,

cube16 : 1992-2003 same as cube15 but with reduced ocean/water drag.
      SEAICE_strength = 3.20e4
      SEAICE_drag = 0.002

      fails in 2003, day 120, time step 297864
